By using the scanner, submitting a website, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. What NES provides
NES provides AI-assisted website-signal scans, brand consistency reviews, Review-Inferred NES diagnostics, and related reports. Outputs are directional and intended to support marketing, brand, customer-experience, and diligence conversations.
3. Permission to scan submitted URLs
By submitting a website URL, you confirm that the URL is publicly accessible and authorize NES to analyze public pages connected to that URL for the purpose of generating a scan or report.
4. AI and accuracy disclaimer
NES reports are AI-assisted and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or misinterpretations. Scores and recommendations are directional estimates, not guarantees.
5. No professional advice
NES outputs are not legal, financial, investment, medical, regulatory, or operational advice. Users remain responsible for business decisions made using the reports.
6. Website-signal limitation
Website-based scans only analyze submitted public website pages. They do not include customer reviews, private data, internal analytics, CRM data, support tickets, revenue data, or customer surveys unless separately stated.
7. Paid report scope
$29 Full Brand Consistency Review: website-signal-only review, PDF delivery within stated timeline.
$2,399 Quick-Turn NES Diagnostic: public website plus public customer-language and review analysis where available, plus readout call where stated.
$15,000+ Measured NES: structured customer-cohort survey and deeper diagnostic scope, governed by separate agreement if needed.
8. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on website accessibility, data availability, payment confirmation, and review workload.
9. Refund policy
Because paid NES reports involve custom analysis, payments are generally non-refundable once production has started. If NES cannot deliver a usable report due to a technical or coverage issue, NES may offer a refund, replacement scan, or alternative report at its discretion.
10. No public naming without approval
NES will not publicly name your brand, publish your scan, or use identifiable findings in public case studies without your explicit approval. Aggregated or anonymized patterns may be used for product improvement or category-level insights.
11. User responsibilities
Users must not:
- submit illegal, abusive, or malicious URLs
- attempt to scan private systems
- misuse the scanner for harassment
- submit confidential third-party information without authorization
- attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
12. Intellectual property
NES, Net Entropy Score, scoring frameworks, report formats, methodology, copy, designs, and outputs are owned by NES / Impossible Marketing unless otherwise stated. Users may use reports for internal business purposes, but may not resell, copy, or reproduce the methodology or report format without permission.
13. Third-party websites and data
Reports may refer to public websites, reviews, or third-party sources. NES does not control third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or changes.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NES, Impossible Marketing, and affiliated operators are not liable for losses, damages, decisions, or actions taken based on scan results, reports, or recommendations.
15. Changes to service
NES may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the scanner, pricing, reports, or features at any time.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity listed on this website.
